Subcontractor will support maximizing the performance of the Sponsor’s geospatial web-based tools and expedite web publishing of data and products. Customized code, scripts, modules, macro procedures, libraries and dynamically linked libraries for geospatial analysis functions shall be generated using Python, ArcObjects, Oracle, Java, JavaScript, MATLAB, C, C++, PERL, GDAL, GRASS, SciPy, R and other languages. Finished work product will include both cartographic output as well as written reports delivered to the relevant stakeholders.  The successful candidate for theJunior Geospatial Analyst will work on a team providing analysis, research and information management support. As am Analyst, you will be responsible for assignments related to imagery analysis and/or Digital Elevation Model (DEM) production. Requires proficient knowledge of mapping/GIS software and product specifications to ensure a quality product are delivered.   Must display a solid understanding of the elements of imagery analysis and geospatial production. Expected to accurately apply established procedures, specifications, checklists, workflow definitions, and practices.  Employees must also demonstrate the ability to complete assignments within scheduled milestones and within the budget allowances.   Assignments may include elevation analysis, interactive editing and the application of quality actions resulting from independent quality reviews.
